Ken Rubin’s work reflects nearly 45 years of hands-on experience across professional services, entrepreneurship, investment, and operations.

  1. Built a CPA firm from scratch at age 25 and personally operated what became a nationally well-known niche practice.
  2. Fixed and flipped more than 400 San Diego homes and condos between 2010–2018, alongside ground-up construction of 30 homes and an 8-unit apartment building.
  3. Formed 11 real estate syndications.
  4. Started a niche business brokerage company in 2004 that sold more than 500 dental practices, primarily in San Diego.
  5. Owned and operated a wellness resort while also providing financial planning and business profit-maximization consulting services.
  6. Served as a national author for Dental Economics and a public speaker for the American Dental Association, among others.

Curious. Dependable. Ready to take ownership.

You may be a strong fit if you are ambitious, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and eager to develop business judgment—not simply perform a narrow job function.

Experience matters. So do curiosity, clear communication, resourcefulness, and consistent follow-through.
